FLEX

Strength meets mobility.

A slower, more controlled reformer class blending mobility with strength. Ideal for building technique, improving range, and supporting your body when it benefits from a more considered pace.

MOVE

Gentle movement, powerful reset.

A grounding, low-intensity class designed to reconnect you with your body. Breath-led and supportive, MOVE is ideal for days when energy is lower or you simply want to move in a more restorative way.

WARRIOR

Feel the burn. Find your strength.

A high-intensity mat class built on endurance, long holds, and controlled pulses. Designed for days when energy peaks, helping you tap into strength, stamina, and confidence.

BARRE

Sculpt. Sweat. Have fun.

A high-energy blend of ballet-inspired movement, strength, and music-driven flow. Expect small pulses, big burn, and an uplifting atmosphere - adaptable to meet you wherever you are.

POWER

Our most dynamic reformer class. Designed for high-energy days, POWER combines strength, endurance, and athletic sequencing to push your limits and elevate performance when your body feels ready for more.

STRETCH

A deeply restorative session focused on lengthening, releasing tension, and calming the nervous system. Perfect for recovery, slower phases, or whenever your body calls for softness and space.

FLOW

Move freely. Build momentum.

A fluid, uplifting class that links movement with breath. Expect continuous sequences that energise the body and build strength - perfect for when you’re feeling lighter, motivated, and ready to move.

TONE

A slower, layered strength class focused on control, precision, and muscle endurance. Expect deep, effective work that supports strength while respecting shifts in energy and recovery.

Our class structure is designed to support natural energy rhythms throughout the month. This cyclical approach is inspired by the methodology developed by TRIBE22.
