STUDIO22 – Founding 122 Membership Terms & Conditions

1. Membership Overview

The Founding 122 Membership is a limited, promotional membership offered by STUDIO22 to the first 122 members only.

This membership provides access to exclusive benefits, including:

  • Unlimited Mat and Reformer classes at STUDIO22

  • Founding Member pricing locked for a fixed 5-year term

  • Additional founding member privileges as communicated by STUDIO22

2. Limited Availability

  • This offer is strictly limited to 122 memberships

  • Memberships are allocated on a first come, first served basis

  • Once all 122 memberships are sold, this offer will be permanently withdrawn

3. Deposit & Payment Terms

  • A £50 deposit is required to secure a Founding Membership

  • The deposit is fully refundable up to 1 July 2026

  • After this date, the deposit becomes non-refundable

  • If you introduce 5 more F122 members who sign up and stay then STUDIO22 will make your membership FREE for year 1

Subscription Payment Structure:

4. Membership Duration

  • The Founding Membership is valid for a fixed term of 12 months 

  • The membership begins from the official activation/start date set by STUDIO22

  • The pricing is locked for the full 5-year period

  • After the initial 12 months there will be a 6 week notice period

5. Access & Usage

  • Membership includes unlimited access to scheduled Mat and Reformer classes at STUDIO22 (max 1 class/day)

  • Access is subject to:

    • Class availability

    • Booking policies

    • Studio capacity limits

  • STUDIO22 reserves the right to implement:

    • Fair usage policies

    • Booking limits or cancellation policies to ensure equal access for all members

6. Booking & Attendance

  • All classes must be booked in advance via the STUDIO22 booking system

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to penalties in line with studio policy

  • Repeated misuse of booking privileges may result in restricted access

7. Guest Passes & Referral Incentives

  • Founding Members may receive guest passes and referral rewards as part of the offer

  • Referral rewards (e.g. £20 per annual member) are:

    • Only valid for confirmed, paid memberships

    • Non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash unless stated otherwise

8. Non-Transferability

  • Founding Memberships are non-transferable and may not be resold or assigned to another individual

9. Changes to Classes & Services

  • Unlimited membership is equal to 1 class per day, unless arranged with STUDIO22

  • STUDIO22 reserves the right to:

    • Modify class schedules

    • Change instructors

    • Update class formats or services

This will not affect the overall value of unlimited access included in the membership

10. Studio Closure / Interruptions

  • In the event of temporary closure or interruption (e.g. maintenance, unforeseen circumstances), STUDIO22 will make reasonable efforts to:

    • Resume services promptly

    • Provide appropriate extensions where applicable

11. Code of Conduct

  • Members are expected to:

    • Respect staff, instructors, and other members

    • Follow all studio rules and safety guidelines

  • STUDIO22 reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership for inappropriate behaviour without refund

12. Liability

  • Members participate in classes at their own risk

  • STUDIO22 is not liable for:

    • Personal injury (unless caused by negligence)

    • Loss or damage to personal belongings

13. Amendments

  • STUDIO22 reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions where necessary

  • Any significant changes will be communicated to members

14. Acceptance

By purchasing or securing a Founding Membership, you confirm that you:

  • Have read and understood these Terms & Conditions

  • Agree to be bound by them
